A party is ready

Blair was excited because her birthday was coming. She had been dreaming about her party for weeks. Her parents told her there would be a big surprise. Blair couldn't wait to find out what it was. She wondered if it could be the big toy she always wanted.

The day before the party, Blair helped her mom decorate the house. They put up colorful balloons and streamers. Blair's dad baked a delicious cake with lots of sprinkles. Blair felt so happy and excited. She knew her friends would love the decorations.

On the day of the party, Blair's friends arrived with big smiles. They played fun games like pin the tail on the donkey and musical chairs. Everyone laughed and had a great time. Blair's mom brought out the cake, and they all sang 'Happy Birthday'. Blair felt like the luckiest girl in the world.

After the cake, it was time for presents. Blair opened many wonderful gifts from her friends. Then, her parents brought out a big box. Blair opened it to find the big toy she had always wanted. She hugged her parents and said, 'Thank you for the best birthday ever!'
