Bella's New Baby Brother

One sunny morning, Bella was playing with her toys when Dad and Mom called her into the living room. They had big smiles on their faces. 'Bella, we have exciting news,' Dad said, his eyes sparkling. 'You're going to have a baby brother!' Bella's heart sank. She liked being the only child. 'But I don't want a brother,' she whispered. 'You'll love him,' Mom assured, hugging her tight.

As days passed, Bella saw her parents preparing a room for the baby. They seemed so happy, but Bella felt left out. She worried they wouldn't have time for her anymore. 'Will you still read me stories?' Bella asked Mom one night. 'Of course, my love,' Mom replied, kissing her forehead. Bella tried to smile, but her heart was heavy with worry.
