The Bedtime Wish

In Lina's Dream

In the evening, Lina watched a film about dragons with her parents in the living room. She turned to her dad and said, 'Dad, I want to meet a dragon.' Her dad smiled and replied, 'It's an easy thing. Just go to bed and close your eyes, then you will meet one in your dream.' Lina was excited and quickly went to bed, dreaming of adventures.
1
In her dream, Lina found herself standing in a magical forest. She was surprised when a brown horse approached her and spoke. 'Who are you?' asked the horse. Lina giggled, 'Why can horses talk?' The horse replied, 'In our universe, anything is possible. What are you looking for?' Lina answered, 'I want to meet a dragon.'
2
The horse nodded and said, 'I'll help you, come along.' Lina followed the horse through the forest. They arrived at a basecamp filled with animals like hippos, phoenixes, and more horses. 'Look, these are my friends and they will be your friends too,' said the horse. Lina felt happy to have so many new friends.

A phoenix with fiery feathers approached Lina. 'Why do you want to meet a dragon?' asked the phoenix. Lina replied, 'I want to see if they are as amazing as in the stories.' The phoenix warned, 'Dragons can be tricky. Let me show you something important.' Lina was curious and followed the phoenix.
4
The phoenix led Lina to the dragon's territory. There, they saw dragons arguing and not respecting each other's opinions. 'This is why other animals don't want to be friends with them,' explained the phoenix. Lina watched and learned how important it is to listen and respect others. She realized being selfish could lead to loneliness.
5
Lina thanked the phoenix for teaching her an important lesson. 'I understand now,' Lina said. 'It's not just about meeting a dragon, but about being a good friend.' The phoenix nodded, 'Yes, kindness and respect are what make friendships strong.' Lina promised to remember this lesson.
6
It was time for Lina to leave the magical forest. She said goodbye to her new friends and thanked the horse for guiding her. As she walked back, the forest slowly faded away. Lina felt grateful for the adventure and the lessons she learned. She knew she would always cherish this dream.
7
Lina woke up in her cozy bed, feeling happy and inspired. She ran to her parents and shared her dream adventure. Her mother smiled and said, 'Dreams can teach us wonderful things.' Lina nodded, knowing she would carry the lessons of kindness and respect with her always. It was a dream she would never forget.
