Maria and the Clean-up Lesson

Maria loved playing with her dolls and toys. She had a special doll named Mimi and a talking bear named Teddy. Every day, Maria would play for hours. But she never liked tidying up after herself. Her room was getting messier and messier.

One day, as Maria was about to go to bed, she heard a tiny voice. It was Mimi, her favorite doll, who said, 'Maria, we can't sleep with all this mess around!' Teddy, the speaking bear, added, 'Yes, it's like a forest of toys in here!' Maria was surprised to hear her toys talk. She realized they were unhappy with the mess.

Maria decided it was time to clean her room. She picked up her dolls and placed them neatly on the shelf. She put her blocks back in their box and made her bed. It was hard work, but Maria felt proud. Teddy and Mimi cheered her on, making the clean-up fun.

When Maria finished, her room looked wonderful. 'Thank you, Maria!' said Mimi, smiling brightly. Teddy added, 'Now we can sleep peacefully!' Maria realized how nice her room looked when it was tidy. From that day on, she promised to keep her room clean and her toys happy.
