The Discovery
Mia and the Magic Pebble
One sunny morning, Mila was playing in her backyard when she stumbled upon a peculiar gray pebble. The pebble had a face and was smiling at her! Mila picked it up and felt a warm tingle in her hand. 'Hello, Mila,' said the pebble, 'I am Pebie, and I can grant you three wishes.' Mila's eyes widened with excitement as she thought about her first wish.

Mila wished for a giant ice cream sundae, and in an instant, it appeared before her. She giggled with delight and shared it with her family. The sundae was the biggest they had ever seen, and everyone enjoyed it together. Mila felt happy, but she knew she had two more wishes left. She wondered what she should wish for next.

That evening, Mila overheard her parents discussing the village's poor harvest. She felt a tug at her heart, remembering her two remaining wishes. Mila decided to use her second wish to help the village. 'Pebie,' she said, 'I wish for our village to have a bountiful harvest.' The next day, the fields were filled with ripe crops, and everyone was overjoyed.

Mila had one last wish and wanted it to be special. She thought about all the joy Pebie had brought her. 'I wish for Pebie to stay with me as my friend forever,' she said. Pebie smiled and said, 'Your wish is granted, and together we will make more magic.' Mila learned that sharing and caring for others was the greatest magic of all.
