Elisa is a simple girl who loves to stay in her room all day. She spends
her time playing with her cellphone. She only gets out of her room when it
is time to eat. Her parents would usually scold her because of her attitude.
“Elisa, will you please go out for a while? It seems that you are too caught
up with your cellphone. Can’t you help me in the kitchen? I’m so busy right
now,” her mother said.
“Wait for a while, Mom,” Elisa answered. “I just need to finish this
video,” she added.
“How many hours will I wait for you, Elisa? I need you right now!”,
yelled mom.
 “For a while mom! I just really need to finish this”, answered Elisa.
This angered mom. “If you will not get out of your room in a minute, I will
confiscate your cellphone and I will not return it to you anymore,” her mother
said.
Elisa quickly went out of her room and said, “I’m sorry, Mom. I had been
unhelpful to you. I promise I will not spend most of my time watching You Tube
and playing Mobile Legends. I hope you will forgive me.”
 “It’s all right, Elisa. I just hope next time you will be responsible enough
in using your gadgets. Remember that there is right time for that”, mom
explained.



A Wake Up Call

1.  John Jr and Hopsi was trying to learn the heavenly virtues.  They came across the virtue of fortitude and wanted to learn how they could incorporate it into their lives.
2.  Fortitude helps you stay committed to Jesus and his teachings especially when you encounter obstacles. Fortitude is being brave for God and doing what he wants you to do in the best way you can even when it's hard.  It is having courage even when experiencing pain or adversity.
3. John Jr and Hopsi made a list of ways they can show fortitude. The list includes Saying sorry, Be yourself and own it, Take responsibility and accountability, Keep your commitments and make goals,Have a voice and say no, Let go and forgive, Grow and learn, Listen and be present.
4.  John Jr and Hopsi decided that they also was going to Go to Church even when their friends do not want to go and  Standing up for pro-life issues like child abuse,
5. At daycare, John J and Hopsi was going to  Come to the rescue of others who are being teased or bullied.  

FORTITUDE 

Antonio es un niño muy curioso, dulce e ingenioso. Le gustan mucho los mapas, los dinosaurios, los planetas que tiene pegados en su pared. También le gusta mucho explorar con la linterna en el cuarto oscuro, y armar chozas con su hermana Sofi con mantas y sillas en el living.

Un día después de comer se quedó dormido, y soñó que era adulto. Soñó que manejaba un colectivo, después que era astronauta y viajaba a la luna. También soñó que iba sólo al supermercado a comprar la comida y pagaba con su plata. Se sentía grande y feliz.

De repente se despertó, se dio cuenta que todo era un sueño. Que no era astronauta y no manejaba colectivos. Pero que igualmente era grande, porque ya no usaba pañales, iba al baño solo.

 Justo le dieron ganas de ir al baño fue solito y fue a hacer pis al inodoro. Después de eso se sintió un superhéroe. Antonio ya no era bebé.

Ayaansh and Shanaya woke up one morning to find a shiny spaceship in their backyard. Curious and excited, they climbed aboard. The spaceship's friendly robot, Zog, greeted them and asked if they'd like to explore space. 

The spaceship zoomed past the moon and the stars, finally landing on a colorful planet called Zorblon. Zog introduced them to the Zorblonians, who were small, friendly aliens with antennae that glowed in the dark.

Ayaansh and Shanaya played games with the Zorblonians, bouncing on marshmallow clouds and sliding down rainbow slides. They learned about the stars and planets, and even helped the Zorblonians fix a broken telescope so they could continue exploring the galaxy.

As the day ended, the Zorblonians thanked Ayaansh and Shanaya for their help and gave them a glowing star as a souvenir. Zog flew them back home, where their spaceship gently landed in the backyard.

One day in class, Neha was busy working on a drawing when she noticed her friend Rahul wiggling in his chair and tapping his pencil. Unlike the others, Rahul couldn’t sit still. Later, during a maths lesson, Tara, who loved puzzles, struggled to solve a problem and looked upset when she couldn’t find the right answer. During break, Neha saw Aarav playing alone with blocks. He didn’t talk much but built an impressively tall tower. Aarav often seemed upset by little things, so others didn’t ask him to join their games.

That evening, Neha shared her observations with her mom: Rahul’s restlessness, Tara’s difficulty with maths, and Aarav’s preference to play alone. Neha wondered why her friends couldn’t do things like everyone else. Her mom explained that everyone's brain works differently, making each person unique.

1.  John Jr was at his local park in the Spring of 2024.  He met a really friendly monkey.  John Jr introduced himself. The friendly monkey said his name was Vasi.  
2.  John Jr noticed Vasi carried a special magic wand.  John Jr was curious and wanted to know more about Vasi wand.
3.  Vasi git his hand for his 5th Birthday from his grandpa.  Vasi didn't realize that the wand was magical until he was almost 10.  He said he stumbled upon it.  He has learned the wand direct energy at a person or object for healing or the wand can change into other items, grow, vanish, or move.  
3. Vasi did a trick where flowers started shooting out of the wand.  Vasi then placed the wand on John Jr's blue shirt and then changed the shirt to green.  John Jr was very impressed.
4. John Jr and Vasi went on a hike at the park.  Vasi told John Jr the types of trees and flowers that they saw.  Vasi showed John Jr a shortcut back to the playground.
5.  John Jr played on the teeter toter together and then played on the slide.  They had a blast together and became best friends.
6.  Vasi seemed very wise and taught John Jr some safety tips while playing.  It was dinner time and John Jr invited Vasi to join him.  Vasi accepted John Jr invitation and they walked home together.

The next morning, the First Laborer arrived early and began digging holes for planting, aiming to finish his task quickly. Later, the Second Laborer arrived and, seeing the dug holes, decided to fill them back in to complete his job. When the Gardener arrived, he was shocked to find no trees planted. John Jr knew Jesus was showed selflessness.  They knew that love Jrsus showed others sought nothing in return; he gave his time and energy freely to anyone who asked for it and plenty that didn't; he even humbled himself to the point of washing his friends' feet
 2.  John Jr and Jade thought of ways to be more selfless.  They were going to try to Donate, Volunteer, Serve others: Compliment instead of criticize:, Empathize with others, and Practice active listening:.
3.  John Jr and Jade reflected on the verse In Philippians 2:3-4 "Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others."  The remembered Jesus teaching the principles of cultivating humility, putting love into action, serving others, actively listening, practicing empathy, giving freely, forgiving, praying for selflessness, and seeking accountability,.  John Jr and Jade  had a desire to be more like Jesus and started being more selfless in their lives.
