Queen Vashti Banished: Queen Vashti refuses to appear before the king, so he deposes her. Esther Becomes Queen: A Jewish woman, Esther, is chosen as the new queen, but she keeps her Jewish identity secret. Haman’s Rise & Plot: Haman, the king’s advisor, hates the Jew Mordecai (Esther’s cousin) for not bowing to him and convinces the king to issue a decree to kill all Jews. Mordecai & Esther’s Plan: Mordecai urges Esther to speak to the king to save her people, despite the risk. Esther’s Courage: Esther hosts two banquets and finally reveals to the king that she is Jewish and that Haman is plotting against her people. Haman’s Downfall: The king, enraged, orders Haman to be hanged on the gallows Haman had built for Mordecai. Jews Saved & Victory Celebrated: The king allows the Jews to defend themselves, leading to their victory over their enemies. Purim Established: A joyous festival is declared to commemorate their survival.

One sunny day, as Lolang was grazing near the edge of the village, she noticed a beautiful mango tree that she had never seen before. Its branches were laden with golden, ripe mangoes that glowed in the sunlight. Intrigued, Lola wandered closer to the tree and was surprised to hear a soft, melodious voice. "Hello, dear carabao," the voice said. "I am the spirit of the Magic Mango Tree. These mangoes have special powers, but only those with a pure heart can take them." Lolang's eyes widened in wonder. "Magic mangoes? What do they do?" The tree spirit replied, "Each mango grants a special wish. However, the wishes must be used to bring joy and harmony to others." Lolang thought about the villagers and their hardworking lives. She knew she could use the magic mangoes to help them. With the tree spirit's permission, she gently picked three mangoes and carried them back to the village.

In the magical forest of Buildington, Digsby the digger and his best friend Tim set out to finish building a road for the forest animals. With the help of Max the Loader, they recover and reattach the wheel, allowing Digsby to get back to work. They continue their task, spreading and smoothing the sand with the assistance of Robbie the Roller, until the road is finally complete. The animals cheer as Digsby and Tim finish their work, return to the yard, and rest after a productive day.

Page 1 Xiaoming and Xiaohua joined a special tour. Their destination was Lung Yeuk Tau, a place full of history and beautiful scenery. Page 2 They got on the bus, excitedly looking at the view outside. The tour guide told them that there is a mountain shaped like a dragon jumping! Page 3 When they arrived at Lung Yeuk Tau, Xiaoming and Xiaohua first visited the old village called Lo Wai. The tall walls and narrow gate made them feel curious. Page 4 The guide told them stories about Lo Wai. In the past, villagers built these defenses to protect against pirates, making them feel very safe. Page 5 Next, they went to the Tin Hau Temple. Inside the temple were beautiful statues, and there were two ancient bronze bells used for praying for safety. Page 6 Xiaohua was especially interested in the stories about the Tin Hau Temple. She learned that villagers would take the statues out to parade during Tin Hau's birthday. Page 7 Finally, they visited the Songling Tang Kung Ancestral Hall. Xiaoming was amazed by the architecture and heard the touching story of Tang Songling. Page 8 At the end of the trip, Xiaoming and Xiaohua felt that this journey was very special. They hoped to come back to Lung Yeuk Tau one day to explore more stories!

They insist that their daughter take care of their siblings, assist around the house, and focus more on the family business. When a diligent girl told her instructor about her family circumstances, the teacher suggested that she attend extra lessons once a week and do the other assignments at home. An overseas investor was brought home by a friend of his father one day. A foreign visitor begs his father to accompany him to the tomato field so he may see the plantation. However, he was incomprehensible to his father, who did not speak English. Nursesim saved the day at this point by speaking with his father and the investor. At the moment, Nursezim is the one who interacts with investors, and her father sells the majority of his goods to other nations. Being able to support her father in this way makes Nursesim proud.
