The book is called Pauly’s Pool Day. It's a Children's Book with a targeted audience of 3yrs-3th grade and revolves around body image and self-confidence as a young kid of color finding his worth. It is an engaging and heartwarming tale that combines the insecurities young boy might have going to the pool with not taking their shirt off and gaining confidence from his parents The manuscript is complete, and I am now seeking an illustrator who can capture the essence of the story through captivating visuals that will appeal to readers of all ages.

The boy is encouraged to try different strategies to learn how to ride a bike. He is praised for his effort.

As Tina entered the city, she was amazed by the tall buildings, busy streets, and the people who stopped to marvel at her. Tina wandered into a bustling market, where the delicious smells and colorful sights caught her attention. She peeked into a bakery, and the baker kindly gave her a giant loaf of bread. Next, Tina found a playground filled with children who were thrilled to see her. She joined in their games, letting them slide down her long neck, and they all laughed together. As the day went on, Tina discovered a beautiful park with trees and flowers. She found a quiet spot by a pond to rest. The city's mayor approached her and warmly welcomed her to the city, expressing how much joy she brought to everyone. Though Tina enjoyed her new city friends and the exciting experiences, she began to miss the wide-open spaces of the savannah and her family. With a promise to return, Tina said goodbye and journeyed back home. When she returned, she shared her amazing city adventure with her family and friends, telling them about the tall buildings, playful children, and the kind baker. Tina realized that no matter where her adventures took her, she would always have friends waiting for her, both in the city and the savannah. And so, Tina the giraffe lived happily ever after, dreaming of new adventures and the wonderful places she would explore next.

Bobby goes to school and is uncomfortable because of what Ms. M is teaching. It makes him uncomfortable to talk about these things. He doesn't know what to do, where to go, or who to turn to. Are his feelings okay? Can he talk about them? To whom? He can't talk to Ms. M. So he tells his parents, Roberto and Sandra. His parents tell him it's good he came to talk to them about his feelings and discomfort. They tell him he only should be learning about math, spelling, about the stars, and about gravity (Science).
