"Just like a garden needs water and sunlight to grow, you need rest and care to stay strong." Lily realized she had forgotten to rest, so she started eating well, sleeping enough, and taking breaks. Soon, she felt better and could help even more people. Moral of the Story: Taking care of yourself helps you be strong enough to help others.
