(Use a rainstick for running water and a guiro for brushing sounds.) Next, Riley got dressed, pulling on their shirt, pants, and shoes. Zip! Snap! Stomp! (Use a ratchet or sand blocks for the zip, a castanet for the snap, and a drum for the stomp.) Downstairs, breakfast was ready. The spoon clinked against the bowl as Riley ate their cereal. Clink! Clink! Munch! Munch! (Use a wood block or metal spoon on a small bowl.) After finishing breakfast, Riley grabbed their backpack and ran out the door. The birds chirped in the trees—Tweet! Tweet!—and a gentle breeze blew past—Whooosh! (Use a small whistle for birds and a shaker for the wind.) At the bus stop, the school bus arrived with a loud "Vroom! Honk!" Riley hopped on and found a seat as the bus rumbled down the road. (Use a drum roll for the bus engine and a horn for the honk.) Finally, Riley reached school and walked into the classroom, ready to learn. The school bell rang—"Ding-dong!"—and everyone settled in for a wonderful day ahead. They decided to break the verse down to better understand it. 3.The verse started out "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the [wiles of the devil. " John Jr asked Durga if he knew how to be strong in the Lord. Durga said that Your spirit thrives on being connected to the earth, the world around you and to others. 3. Then John Jr explored the meaning of the verse , "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of ]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places." Durga didn't understand the Flesh and blood part. John Jr explained that the battle is spiritual, not physical. He says that the enemies we face are not people or objects, but rather an unseen spiritual enemy. 4. The last part of the verse is "Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand." John Jr told Durga that they needed to stand against evil by Being Strong in the Lord., Standing on God's Word, Don't Lose Heart and Standing in Faith. 5. John Jr and Durga decide that they would try putting on the armor of God by reading and praying God's word, and remembering that God's righteousness protects them, and that they can have faith in his promises. John Jr and Durga decided that their daily practices would include prayer, scripture study, journaling, acts of kindness, exercise, and associating with friends of high standards

She tried to cook the elf shoes in the oven but they just melted. She’d ran over the elf shoes with the car but they were flattened. She sent the elf shoes to Mars in a rocket ship but they didn’t come back. She left the elf shoes in the alley hoping a shoeless person would take the elf shoes but nobody took the elf shoes. After a few days she tried the elf shoes on again and this time, to Cheryl's surprise, they were perfect. She couldn't understand why the elf shoes started to feel better after a few days had passed but from that day forward she wore her elf shoes everywhere.
