In a tall oak tree in the woods at Hagerstown Community College, there lived a baby hawk named Hawkeye. His nest was cozy and safe, high above the students and teachers who walked below.

1. In a beautiful forest filled with tall trees and blooming flowers lived a curious little bunny named Benny. Benny loved to hop around and explore every corner of the forest. 2. One bright morning, as Benny and his mother were having breakfast, Benny looked around and asked, "Mommy, who made everything around us?" 3. His mother smiled and said, "Benny, God made everything you see. Let's go on a journey to discover God’s wonderful world." 4. They hopped to a grove of tall trees. “See these trees?” his mother asked. “God made them to give us shade and fresh air.” 5. They stopped by a patch of colorful flowers. “Look at these flowers,” his mother said. “God made them beautiful and unique, just like each one of us.” 6. Next, they visited a sparkling stream. “Listen to the water,” Benny’s mother said. “God made the water to refresh us and all the animals.”

Logan and Elia change schools. Logan is going to grade 1 and Elia to grade 3. They are nervous but when they get there the kids are super nice and friendly and the yard is much nicer than at their old school. They make great friends and love their new school. They are very happy.

His friends include a crane, a concrete mixer, a dump truck, and a road roller. The story should contain 420 words. The stories should be educational and encourage courage.

Battle of Cerro Gordo The First and Second Tennessee Infantry regiments distinguished themselves in this battle, which was the first of a series of American victories that led to the capture of Mexico City. Battle of Chapultepec A decisive battle in 1847, where troops led by Gen. Winfield Scott overwhelmed a group of cadets studying at the military academy in the castle. Battle of Palo Alto The first major engagement of the war, which took place on May 8, 1846. The American army was able to defeat the Mexican army, despite the Mexican army being much larger, due to their superior weapons and training. 4. John Jr and Yuēhàn found out Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo ended the Mexican War and annexed a large amount of territory to California.
