Genesis 17:19: “Your wife Sarah will bear you a son, and you will call him Isaac. I will establish my covenant with him as an everlasting covenant.” These promises were fulfilled in different ways: Israel became a great nation. The land of Canaan was given to Israel. Jesus Christ, a descendant of Abraham, brought salvation to all nations.

God said, ‘You must not eat it or even touch it, or you will die.’” Satan wanted Adam and Eve to choose to do what they wanted to do instead of obeying God. The snake (Satan) said, “No. God knows that when you eat the fruit, you will be like Him, knowing good and bad.”

(Children do Cat Pose – on hands and knees, round and arch the back.) Benji and the cat continued walking together when they heard a hissing sound. "What is that?" asked the cat. A long, shiny snake slithered out from behind a bush. "Hello, friends," said the snake. He stretched his body long and lifted his head. (Children do Snake Pose – lie on the stomach, hands under shoulders, and lift the chest.) Benji and the cat were happy to meet the snake. "Do you want to come on our adventure?" they asked. "Yes! But first, let’s rest on this big rock," said the snake. The three friends sat quietly on the rock, feeling the warm sun on their backs. (Children do Rock Pose – kneeling, fold forward, forehead on the ground, arms by sides.) After resting, they all stood up, stretched, and continued their adventure together, ready for more fun! John Jr added that The helmet of salvation protects something even more precious: our soul. God sent Jesus to die for us so he could give us salvation. Durga shared the Bible verse Thessalonians 5:8 with John Jr and told him it tells us to put on faith and love as a breastplate, and to wear the hope of salvation as a helmet. 5. John Jr and Durga learned the ABCs of salvation. A – ADMIT you are a sinner. B - BELIEVE Jesus died and rose again to pay for your sins. C - CONFESS Jesus is Lord of your life. Putting your total trust in Jesus as your only hope of salvation.
