It's Kobi's 3rd birthday and all she wants is a white birthday cake with colorful sprinkles. But on the day of her birthday she thinks her mommy forgot all about her cake. She goes to school where everyone celebrates her birthday but she feels sad because there is no cake. At home she gets all of her toys and presents, but no cake. They go out to eat at her favorite restaurant. Kobi is happy but she still wants her cake. After they get home, mommy tells Kobi she has a surprise for her and pulls out a beautiful little white cake with colorful sprinkles. She kisses Kobi and tells her happy 3rd birthday.

One morning at school, Katie was walking to her classroom when she saw Sarah sitting alone by the playground. Sarah had always been mean to Katie. They worked quietly for a few minutes, and slowly, Sarah began to smile. “Oh, I get it now,” Sarah said, her face lighting up. “Thanks, Katie. I didn’t know how to do this before." Sarah hugged Katie tightly. Katie felt proud of herself. It was hard to help someone who had been mean, but she felt like she had made the right choice. Even though Sarah wasn’t always kind to her, Katie knew she could still be the bigger person. As the bell rang and Katie stood up to go to class, Sarah said, “Hey, um, sorry about the stuff I said before. I wasn’t very nice.” Katie smiled and nodded. “It’s okay,” she said. She didn’t expect Sarah to change overnight, but at least she knew she had done something good.

Hazel is in 1st Grade. She is excited about the new school and meeting her teacher and making new friends. She has to make a good impression so she asked mommy to take her school shopping. She picked out shoes, dresses, and shirts, pant, and socks. All in her favorite color purple and pink. Hazel also chose new bed for her hair. Vincent say, "Two garbage bins at the same time!" 8. The garbage truck makes its way to the end of the street. Vincent says, "See you later!" 9. Vincent then looks over and sees another garbage truck. This time it is the garbage bin that picks up compost. Vincent says "Here comes another! Garbage pick up day is the best!"

So, he decided to just water the garden. One day a neighbor, Mr. Pool walked by. Peter asked him if he wanted any of his special carrots. Mr. Pool laughed and said, "I've seen how you watered them the other day!" No thanks on the carrots. Not knowing this story until much later Peter's family enjoyed the magical carrots grown by Peter.
