Rusty had a newspaper route and every day when he wojuld ride by Tuffy's house, Tuffy would follow him. He followed him on his route everyday and even walked him to and from school. Tuffy even went trick or Treating with Rusty. They became fast friends. As it turned out, Rusty's parents bought a house across town and they were moving soon.
