**The Pinto Bean Story: Where I Belong** **PAGE 1/2:** My name is Pinto Bean And I am an amazing dog. Pinto introduces himself, beaming with pride despite having three legs. His story begins in Georgia, where he was found injured on the interstate. Someone rescued him and took him to a pet rescue, where he received the rest and care he needed. **Visual Notes:** Pinto smiling in front of the pet rescue building. **PAGE 3:** The veterinarians tried to save my leg, but it couldn't be helped. With support from my new friends, I learned to balance and not fall. Now, I have three legs instead of four, but I can still play, run, cuddle, and more! But I am okay with that; it suits me perfectly fine. As I laid my head down, someone came zipping through the door. I heard a voice say, "Can I adopt that beautiful dog with those big brown eyes? I really think she is the perfect size." I ran to her with a steady pace, wagging my tail all over the place! My name is Pinto, like the bean, and I now have my forever home... it’s like a dream. A kind young woman named Maddy came along and brought me home—where I belong.

Anna is a nordic child with blonde wawy hair and blue eyes. Age 5. Anna gets lost in the colours of grandmas garden. She find herself in Colourland, the land of all emotions. Se goes from place to place, first getting an introduction to what a feeling is and then learning about happiness, sadness, anger, fear, sorrow, jealosy,, anxiety, shame and disgust. In the last place she sees all the different colours and learns about how to handle feelings. In each place there is an animal or a tree/flower that talks to Anna. The main character is six year old little girl named Yara. She is a very cute, kind and sensible little girl. Yara has a very friendly face and personality. She is wearing a pink little outfit, with black ballerina pump style shoes and has two ponytails with yellow ribbons. She has long brown hair, dark eyes and a cute little button nose, with rosy cheeks. It is break time at school, and everyone is excited to open their lunch boxes—except for one little girl sitting all alone. Her name is Leila. She is new to the school and to Yara's class and is very shy. She doesn’t have any food for lunch like the other kids and seems very embarrassed about it. Some kids are staring at her, some of the girls are whispering to each other talking. Yara notices her sadness and feels a tug in her heart. Instead of joining her friends, Yara walks over to Leila with a smile and offers to share her lunch. Yaras friends see this and suddenly feel very bad for not being kinder to Leila. Tito comes over and offers Leila his juice from his lunch box. Keena comes over and shares her fruit with Leila. They became friends and Leila is feeling very happy. In this touching story, children learn how one small act of kindness can make someone feel seen, included, and loved.

Sebastian loves Christmas. Before Christmas, she prepares decorations at home. He puts beautiful Christmas lights around the window and makes snow decorations on the windows with spray paint. He buys a Christmas tree and decorates it. She also makes beautiful Christmas cards for parents and grandparents. Before Christmas Eve, he helps his mother cook delicious delicacies. They make Christmas gingerbread and decorate them together. They hide gifts under the Christmas tree. When the first star appears in the sky, they start Christmas Eve. They share the wafer. On Christmas Eve they sing carols. They are waiting for Santa Claus. Santa Claus gives a gift to Sebastian.

Two workers at the McDonald's, Molly and Maria, see little Dustin steal the brown tray and come to his school to arrest him and his accomplice Ashton. But after Dustin and Ashton start crying, Maria begs Molly to take pity on the children and give them free McDonald's breakfast. Molly says no, takes the tray, and locks Dustin and Ashton in a McDonald's-themed prison.

Luna is a little furry rabbit who is scared from the night and cant sleep, but one night the fairies of the forest visit Luna in her dream and showed her that there's nothing to be scared of. And Luna started to sleep peacefully after that night.

Mina is a half Korean and Half Vietnamese girl who is learning about the Vu Lan Festival that is celebrated on June 15th. She sees her parents setting up an altar and preparing food and learns to make a sweet rice cake with her mother. She is told that the festival is meant to honor parents and ancestors with offerings made at home and at the Vietnamese temple. Her family visits a temple and prays. Afterwards, they light and hang a paper lantern on a tree. The next day the family packs up old clothes and toys to give to their local Vietnamese charity. Mina is happy to remember her ancestors and help others, looking forward to doing it again next year
