“In the kitchen bright and sunny, Mom and Dad had made breakfast, oh so yummy. Dad read the paper, pancakes piled high, while Mom baked muffins, warm and sky. They called for young Sere, in a morning flurry, "Come down and eat, don't be in a hurry!" Sere slid down the banister, like a whirlwind of fun, to the table with food, a battle just begun. There was fruit, pancakes, and waffles galore, oatmeal, juice, milk, and much, much more. On his plate, he piled up the fruit so sweet, and a bowl of marshmallow cereal, a sugary treat. But Sere, oh dear, started to play, with his food, not eating it right away. In his hands, a muffin and melon so cool, in his imagination, he was nobody's fool. "So we meet again, Dr. Cavity," he declared, as into his daydream, he boldly dared. As Super Sere, with a cape so grand, he'd save kids from unhealthy food in the land. Mangoes gave him X-ray vision so keen, to see through the sugar that Dr. Cavity would scheme. Oranges, strawberries, and kiwi so bright, brought vitamin C to heal, with all their might. Berries, for speed to defeat Dr. Cavity's fuss, against sugar-filled cereals, and foods so unjust. But back in the real world, he heard a call, "The bus is here!" – it was time to enthrall. He grabbed an orange, berries in a dash, and off to the bus, he'd quickly flash. Energized and eager, for the day ahead, his lunch bag adventures, no one could dread. For Sere was a hero, fighting the good fight, making healthy choices, morning and night. The end of this tale, with lessons quite clear, choose healthy foods, have no fear. Be a superhero, just like Sere, and your body and mind will always be in the clear”

Luca si Dodo sunt cei mai buni prieteni. Intr-o seara, Dodo i-a povestit lui Luca visul lui: voia sa zboare ca o pasare. A doua zi, mama si tata aveau o surpriza pentru Luca: astazi mergem in vacanta la mare. O sa zburam cu avionul. Luca s-a bucurat foarte mult si abia astepta sa se joace din nou in nisip si sa culeaca scoici. Lui Luca i-a venit o idee. I-a spus mamei ca vrea sa aiba el un bagaj pentru vacanta. Mama i-a zambit si i-a dat rucsacelul de gradinita. Nu este prea mare, dar este destul pentru cateva jucarii. Dupa ce au urcat in avion, Luca a vrut neaparat sa stea pe scaunul de la geam. Tata i-a zambit. In ochii lui Luca se vedea o luminita. Cand avionul a ajuns deasupra norilor, Luca a zambit. L-a scos pe Dodo din rucsacel. L-a luat in brate si l-a pus in dreptul ferestrei. Dodo se uita pe geam. Zburam!, chiar zbura ca o pasare. Era deasupra norilor, putea sa vada muntii de sus. La plaja, Dodo a gasit cea mai frumoasa scoica pentru Luca.

Page 4: Lizzy is a clever lizard ( she loves to imagine about the stars in the sky so much that she sometimes forgets to listen in class ) whose mind never stopped racing. Page 5: Miko and Lizzy are different from their friends because they both have ADHD! Page 6: Miko struggled to stay still in class. He was always digging burrows and often got distracted during his How to Spot a Predator class. Page 7: Lizzy also struggled in class, she couldn’t focus on her sun safety class (she was easily distracted by the clouds in the sky and often forgot to take down her homework ) because of how fast her thoughts were moving. Page 8: (Miko and Lizzy struggled in class but their ADHD was an advantage!) After visiting Dr Wild, the Wildebeest, Miko and Lizzy learnt to do things that would help them to manage their ADHD. Page 9: Miko became the captain of the sand surfing team and had the fastest record in the desert! Miko was also top of his insect tracking class and created the first ever pair of insect spy goggles that could see different insect tracks and tells you what type of insect you are looking at! Page 10: Lizzy enjoyed stargazing so much that she was top of the class for astronomy and could name every constellation. Page 11: Even though Miko and Lizzy had some tough times with their ADHD, they both learnt cool tricks to help them feel better and do their best.

Their reading adventures took them to faraway lands and magical worlds. From tales of brave knights and dragons to stories of deep sea explorations, each book was a new adventure. Benito listened intently, his eyes fixed on the colorful pictures, occasionally pawing gently at the pages as if trying to touch the characters. Rodo loved these moments too. He cherished the bond that grew stronger with every page they turned together. Sometimes, he would pause and ask Benito what he thought about a character or a story twist. Benito would respond with a soft bark or a nuzzle, as if giving his own opinion.
