He was Christmas Eve and I was having a hard time going to sleep and my mom came in to try to settle me and I was crying because I wanted to make sure Santa Claus could find so he could put the presents under the tree for me, my grandpa came in my room and said not to fret that he knew Santa would be able to find me and for me to go and settle in my bed and everything would be OK. seem like hours was only 10 minutes and I heard the phone ring. My grandpa come running into my room and said Cat come run to the phone it’s for you and I was kind of confused because I was only little and who would be calling me on Christmas Eve? I got to the phone and I heard magical bells. I couldn’t believe my ears. It was Santa Claus, I was like Santa not really you and he said yes and I know where to find you

The setting is a single-family house with a mom, a young boy Jake and dog Hipis. It’s a morning on a snowy day and it’s a beautiful sunrise. The mom has so much to do. The house is messy her son has made a mess with blocks, toys and trucks. She wants to enjoy the sunrise and walk out with her baby to watch it, but starts cleaning and getting everything ready around the house. She does not want to go out until she is finished, the dog is fed and it is all perfect around the house. She wants to be prepared for everything. Her and her boy missed the sunrise because of all the Cleaning. She tried to make everything perfect but in the end, it’s turned against her and they missed the beautiful moment. The next day, the same thing happens, but her son reminds her about the sunrise last minute and they both go out. The house is still messy, but they have a special moment together. It’s reminds them that not everything has to be perfect and that's perfect. They’re smiling together.

Page 1 Xiaoming and Xiaohua joined a special tour. Their destination was Lung Yeuk Tau, a place full of history and beautiful scenery. Page 2 They got on the bus, excitedly looking at the view outside. The tour guide told them that there is a mountain shaped like a dragon jumping! Page 3 When they arrived at Lung Yeuk Tau, Xiaoming and Xiaohua first visited the old village called Lo Wai. The tall walls and narrow gate made them feel curious. Page 4 The guide told them stories about Lo Wai. In the past, villagers built these defenses to protect against pirates, making them feel very safe. Page 5 Next, they went to the Tin Hau Temple. Inside the temple were beautiful statues, and there were two ancient bronze bells used for praying for safety. Page 6 Xiaohua was especially interested in the stories about the Tin Hau Temple. She learned that villagers would take the statues out to parade during Tin Hau's birthday. Page 7 Finally, they visited the Songling Tang Kung Ancestral Hall. Xiaoming was amazed by the architecture and heard the touching story of Tang Songling. Page 8 At the end of the trip, Xiaoming and Xiaohua felt that this journey was very special. They hoped to come back to Lung Yeuk Tau one day to explore more stories!

On a sunny morning, Lucas and his playful dog Cody set off to explore the river near their village. The water sparkled under the sun, and Lucas couldn’t resist jumping in. It’s my favorite spot.” Lucas swam closer. “Can you teach me how to fish?” “Sure,” Zoe laughed. “But Cody has to promise not to scare the fish away!” For the next hour, Zoe showed Lucas how to cast a line and wait patiently. Cody tried to “help” by barking at every ripple, making them laugh until their sides hurt. Suddenly, Zoe’s fishing rod bent. “I’ve got something!” she exclaimed. Lucas watched in awe as she reeled in a shiny, wriggling fish. “Wow, that’s amazing!” Lucas said. “Thanks! But I think I’ll let it go,” Zoe said, releasing the fish gently back into the water. As the sun set, painting the sky with orange and pink, the three sat by the riverbank, sharing Lucas’s snacks and telling stories. They laughed and talked, promising to meet again for more adventures. From that day on, Lucas, Cody, and Zoe became the best of friends, making memories by the river—a place that became their special spot for fun, friendship, and adventure.
