مازن بن غضوبة صحابي جليل هو أول من أسلم من أهل عمان في السنة السادسة للهجرة. روي مازن بن غضوبة عن نفسه: كنت أسدن صنما يقال له باحر بسمائل قرية بعمان، فعترنا ذات يوم عنده عتيرة وهي الذبيحة، فسمعت صوتًا من الصنم يقول: يا مـازن اسمع تسر ظهر خير وبطن شر بعـث نبي من مضر بـدين الله الأكبـر فدع نحيتا من حجر تسلم من حر سقـر قال: ففزعت لذلك، وقلت: إن هذا لعجب، ثم عترت بعد أيام عتيرة، فسمعت صوتًا من الصنم يقول: أقبل إلي أقبل تسمع ما لا تجهل هذا نبي مرسل جاء بحق منزل فآمن به كي تعدل عن حر نار تشتعل وقودها بالجندل فقلت: إن هذا لعجب، وإنه لخير يراد بنا، فبينا نحن كذلك إذ قدم رجل من الحجاز، فقلنا: ما الخبر وراءك؟ قال: ظهر رجل يقال له أحمد، يقول لمن أتاه: «أجيبوا داعي الله» قلت: هذا نبأ ما قد سمعت، فسرت إلى الصنم فكسرته أجذاذا، وركبت راحلتي فقدمت على رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-، فشرح لي الإسلام فأسلمت.

Scorching summer days stretched before us. Suddenly, my brother Suraj burst in, panicked. Someone kept calling and hanging up! Turns out, he accidentally dialed the police, fearing my wrath more than the authorities. The phone blared again – it was Grandpa, worried about the police and firefighters outside our house! Apparently, our identically numbered neighbor had the "fire." Chaos ensued as Dad received a call about the false alarm. Terrified, we hid until the police arrived. A sheepish apology letter later, and all was (mostly) forgiven. As the sun dipped below the horizon, we laughed about the crazy day. It was a scary mix-up, but a hilarious reminder of the importance of honesty and communication. And maybe double-checking the house number before dialing 100.

One day Dolpihin, Clownfish, Starfish and Turtle were swimming around the coral reef and felt bored and Starfish had an idea of what if we played something, hmmm but what to play. said clownfish, we just play hide and seek. "No, I want to race!" said the dolphin, splashing happily. The turtle said, "Let's just explore the coral reefs." "But I like to play hide and seek!" said the clownfish forcefully. "I don't want to, I want to race!" the dolphin said, splashing happily. They began to argue. "Maybe we should agree to one of us," said the starfish, feeling sad about the quarrel that occurred After a while, they stopped and looked at each other. "We shouldn't be fighting," the dolphins said. "I'm sorry," said the clownfish, feeling uncomfortable. "I'm upset." "Let's do everything we want!" said the turtle. "First hide and seek, then race, and then we can explore the coral reefs!" They smiled in agreement, that's a good idea said clownfish. They play hide and seek, race, and explore coral reefs together. "It's the most exciting day ever!" said the clownfish. "I'm so happy!" said the dolphin. "Friends make things more fun!" said the turtle.

"Oh Sun, your warmth eases my heart. I follow your path, finding bliss in your golden rays," it whispered. One day, a volcano erupted, spewing dark clouds that shrouded the sky and cast deep shadows. Smisha, despairing, found its light blocked. The sunflower, engulfed in shadow, drooped toward the ground. The Sun cried, "Oh, what can I do? My light can't reach the Earth through this gloom." Then, a powerful magic awoke. Nature began to speak. The plants gathered Smisha’s scattered rays, breathing in polluted air and releasing fresh oxygen through photosynthesis. This purified the air and dispelled the dark clouds. Amazed by Earth's support, Smisha realized its true role in this symbiotic relationship. Nature had rallied to aid the Sun. Acknowledging their shared strength, Smisha radiated with renewed brilliance. Grateful, Smisha reached out to the sunflower. "Thank you, dear flower, for clearing the smoke. Your help is invaluable," the Sun expressed. The sunflower, glowing under Smisha’s renewed light, replied, "We simply returned the energy you share each day." From that day, Smisha recognized its might came from both giving light and embracing nature's help. Together with Earth, they wove through the skies as a radiant team. Even the mighty Sun learned the value of relying on others. Its light shone brighter than ever before. Through their bond—the sunflower reflecting Smisha’s beams—they discovered a friendship beautifully bold and brave.
