I was born in this historically and culturally rich hometown of Lung Yeuk Tau, but I grew up abroad. Every time I return here, it feels like stepping into a world where time has reversed. Every brick and tile here tells a story of the past. The old walled village, situated on the mountainside, stands with its majestic blue brick walls, seemingly narrating tales of repelling pirates. The steps in front of the village gate are cleverly designed as a defensive position, making it difficult for enemies to attack. The small holes and high platforms on the walls were used to monitor outside movements, ensuring the villagers' safety. Such intelligent architectural designs leave me in awe of my ancestors' wisdom. Passing through the ancient gate, I see orderly houses with winding paths paved with blue stones. Not far away, the grand ancestral hall—Song Ling Tang Gong Hall—showcases our family's long history. The exquisite wood carvings and murals inside the hall reflect our family’s glory and traditions. Beside the ancestral hall stands the Tin Hau Temple, with its red walls and yellow tiles radiating a sacred atmosphere. The ancient bronze bell inside tells of countless pious wishes, as if feeling the divine protection. The surrounding statues of the Earth God and the Goddess of Heaven further immerse me in the rich local beliefs. When I step into other walled villages like Dong Ge and Wing Ning, I can still sense the vigor of their long history. Although many walls are now damaged, I can still imagine the tense scenes of repelling pirates. The altars and other structures make me feel the sincere hopes of my ancestors for wealth and success. As I stroll through this culturally rich land, I can almost feel the footsteps of my ancestors and the vitality of this home. No matter where I go, my roots will always be here—in Lung Yeuk Tau.

A half black, half white toddler girl named Capri suffers from plagiocephaly, where she has a head that's not as round as it should be. Her parents decide to get her a cranial band, or helmet, to help "fix her flat." People are not well educated on why babies and toddlers need cranial helmets and this makes people feel insecure about cranial helmets. Capri shows adults that her cranial helmet makes her a superhero, and this gives her and the adults more confidence.

To brother Aryan's house, they speed, Through the streets, they are freed. Aryan cheers, joins the ride, Now two on the batmobile, side by side. They stop to play with a Bugatti car, Its shiny red paint, a superstar. They race it round, fast and sleek, Laughter fills the air, cheek to cheek. Grandfather Dadujaan sits by the screen, With a computer that's quite the machine. "It's AI," he says with a wink, "Helping me think and making us think." The boys are curious, eyes so wide, As they watch the computer from the side. "Can it play games?" Aryan asks with glee, Dadujaan smiles, "Just wait and see." Back on the bike, they ride through the park, Under the trees, till it gets dark. Home they head, tired but bright, Dreaming of adventures in the night. Arman and Aryan, brothers so true, With Daddy Adel, adventures they pursue. From cheetahs to AI, their day was grand, In their magical, playful wonderland.

The cat is scared and crying for help 4. She quickly gets a screwdriver to unscrew the top of the drain 5. Then she gets a crowbar to lift the storm drain 6. The lid of the drain is now open and she reaches out to the cat. 7. Once the cat comes out, she feeds the cat a fish can 8. Cat eats it and is very happy 9. The cat, the dog and the woman all smile and end up having fun

It was Kyra’s first birthday, and the house was full of balloons and streamers. Everything was pink, polka-dotted, and decorated with Minnie Mouse. Kyra’s favorite! Kyra smiled as she saw a big Minnie Mouse balloon floating near her. “Look, Kyra, it’s Minnie Mouse!” said her mum. Kyra clapped her hands and reached for the balloon. On the table, there was a Minnie Mouse cake with a big number one on top. Everyone sang “Happy Birthday,” and Kyra’s eyes lit up when she saw the candle glowing. She tried to blow it out, but her giggle made everyone smile. After cake, Kyra opened her presents. Inside one box was a soft Minnie Mouse toy. She hugged it tight and laughed. It was the best birthday ever. As the day ended, Kyra snuggled with her new Minnie toy, happy and tired after her magical day. Minnie Mouse seemed to smile back, as if to say, “Happy birthday, Kyra!”
