If they were blue or yellow, his dad had to paint them black, or he wouldn’t touch them. And every night, he parked them beside his bed in tidy rows. Take a deep breath in... and then out!" Sam demonstrated, and his friends followed, feeling the gentle stretch. Page 4: Next, they all tried the Wave Flow. "Pretend you’re a wave," Sam said. "As you breathe in, raise your arms up like a wave rising high. As you breathe out, let your arms flow back down." Daisy, Ollie, and Tilly swayed like ocean waves, feeling peaceful and light. Page 5: Finally, Sam introduced his favorite, Starfish Breathing. "Let’s make a star shape with our bodies," Sam instructed. They spread their arms and legs wide. "Now, let’s trace our star," Sam said, "Breathe in as you trace up one arm, and breathe out as you go down the next." Page 6: As they traced their star shapes, breathing in and out, everyone felt calm and relaxed. "Yoga helps us feel like we’re floating on a gentle wave," Sam said with a smile. "It’s the best way to start our day!" Page 7: When they finished, they all lay down on the soft, sandy sea floor in the Resting Reef Pose. "This is how we end our yoga," Sam whispered. "Just close your eyes and listen to the ocean’s lullaby." Page 8: As the waves whispered around them, Sam and his friends felt happy and peaceful. "Yoga with friends is so much fun," they all agreed. "Let’s do it again tomorrow!" And with that, they drifted off into a restful, dreamy sea, ready for a day filled with ocean adventures.

In Duck Village, sisters Ailie and Josie are excited for their mom's party, but aliens suddenly abduct their mom. Scared and worried, they soon discover they have superpowers and can fly. Josie crashes through the ceiling, creating a hole for them to fly through into space. They reach the North Star, where their powers grow stronger, allowing them to fly super fast. They find the UFO and rescue their mom, who also gains superpowers when they hug her. Together, they fly back to Duck Village with their new abilities. The party resumes, and the family is celebrated as heroes. The story ends with them looking at the North Star, remembering their brave adventure and living happily ever after.

Nate now had a name for his troubles called ADHD, he got a special plan at school and he wasn't just having trouble with inattention, he has impulsivity too. without intention he would disrupt the class by fidgeting, moving around and leaving his seat. he would run when you are supposed to walk, and he sometimes talked too much or interrupt people, or blurt out an answer without being asked. He had a hard time playing quietly and waiting his turn. the special strategies sometimes weren't enough so the doctor prescribed him some medication to help calm his body and focus. with supports, love and a special plan he was able to pass his grade and graduate.

It was a chilly December morning, and the Johnson family was busy setting up their Christmas tree. Dad, Kendrick Sr. hung the last ornament and asked, 'Who's ready for some fun in the snow?' The kids, Kendrick Jr., Anna-Louise, and Kenton, shouted with excitement, eager to go outside. But before they could head out, Mom, Robin had some exciting news to share. She smiled and said, 'I'm pregnant, and today we'll find out if the baby is a boy or a girl. Anna-Louise guessed, 'It's a girl!' while Kendrick Jr. insisted, 'It's a boy!' Little Kenton, with wide eyes, asked, 'Where is the baby?' Mom Robin chuckled and explained, 'It's in my tummy, and it will be here in a few short months.' With that, Kendrick Sr. announced, 'Alright everyone, let's head outside for some fun!' The kids cheered and rushed to finish their snowman. Outside, Kendrick Jr. and Anna-Louise worked on the snowman, adding a scarf and a carrot nose. Meanwhile, Kenton lay on the ground, making little angels in the snow. 'Look, I'm making a baby angel,' he giggled. Robin watched her children play and said, 'Aww, Kenton, that's so sweet.' Kenton then began to build a tiny snowman and proudly declared, 'Look, I'm making a baby snowman.' After playing in the snow, the family went inside for hot chocolate and cookies. Robin pulled out a secret envelope while everyone sipped their drinks. Kendrick Sr. asked, 'Alright everyone, who wants to open the envelope?' The kids shouted, 'Me! Me! Me!' Robin smiled and said, 'Let's all open it slowly together.' As they opened the envelope, they saw a tiny card with big blue letters saying, 'It's A BOY!!!' The family hugged each other tightly, and Anna-Louise exclaimed, 'I'm having another brother!'

If he didn't, he would have to think harder next time! The Story: In a small town, two brothers, Karan and Rahul, lived with their loving parents. Karan was responsible and hardworking, always helping his parents with chores and studying well. Rahul, on the other hand, loved playing all day and never cared about his studies or work. One day, their father gave them each a small piece of land to take care of. Karan worked hard, watering the plants, removing weeds, and taking care of his land. Rahul, however, was lazy and ignored his land, spending all his time playing games. After a few months, Karan's land was full of fresh vegetables and beautiful flowers, while Rahul’s land was dry and empty. Seeing this, Rahul felt sad and asked Karan for help. Instead of scolding him, Karan kindly taught him how to take care of the land. Rahul learned his lesson and promised to be more responsible. One day, a wise old man in the village asked, "Who is the wiser brother—the one who always worked hard or the one who made mistakes but learned from them?" The Question: The storyteller asked Rohan, "Who do you think was wiser—Karan, who always did the right thing, or Rahul, who learned from his mistakes?" Rohan’s Answer: Rohan thought for a moment and said, "Karan is wiser because he always worked hard. It’s good to learn from mistakes, but being responsible from the start is even better." The storyteller smiled and said, "That is a great answer! Now, let me tell you another story..." Moral of the Story: Working hard and being responsible from the beginning leads to success, but learning from mistakes also helps us grow.
