1. John Jr and Jade was learning about Jesus' teachings about honesty. Jesus wants us to be honest in our speech and keep our promises. In 1 John 3:18 Jesus says "Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth." Jade told John Jr that they need to be truthful in their words and actions even when it is hard. They decided they would Be more honest. 2. John Jr and Jade thought of times they were not honest. John Jr told about a time he lied to his mom about getting in cookie jar before dinner. John Jr ate 3 cookies before. His mom knew he wasn't truthful since he had no appetite for his dinner. 3. Jade told about about a time he blamed someone else for something he had done. Jade picked his neighbors flowers and blamed it on his friend Vixen to his neighbor. 4. John Jr told Jade about the two commandments that says not to steal or not to lie. John Jr decided they would practice being more trustworthy by being straightforward, and not lying, cheating, or stealing. Jade share Bible verse Proverbs 12:22 "The LORD detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy." Jesus taught people that the truth will set them free from slavery to sin, self-rule, and self-justification. John Jr and Jade decided that it was very important to be truthful with God. Jesus felt honesty was a gift and loved to be around plainspoken and honest people. John Jr and Jade want to follow Jesus because he is the truth and speaks of the truth and love.

However, as Julie slowly walked towards her classroom, she spotted something bright on the ground. It was an orange glitter ball, and she felt a sense of wonder and joy as she picked it up. Holding onto her new found treasure tightly, she entered the classroom. Throughout the morning, Julie was distracted by the ball, finding comfort in its sparkle whenever she felt lost or confused about her changing body. But during Grammar, she accidentally dropped the ball, and it rolled away where she couldn't reach it. Julie felt her heart sink, knowing she had lost her special prize. She couldn't bring herself to tell anyone about it, as it was her secret source of happiness and comfort. The teacher noticed Julie's tears and reminded her that she was special and did not need a ball to remind her of that and encouraged her to pay attention in class the next day. Despite losing her treasure, Julie felt a glimmer of hope knowing that she was valued and cared for.

Once upon a time, in a bustling little town, there lived a boy named Max who had a pet unlike any other. His pet wasn’t a dog, a cat, or even a bird. Max had a pet turtle named Turbo! Turbo was no ordinary turtle. He loved to zoom around on his skateboard, which Max had specially made for him. Every morning, Max and Turbo would race through the park. Turbo would kick off with his little legs, and whoosh, he’d glide across the pavement, his shell gleaming in the sunlight. Max would chase after him on his scooter, laughing as Turbo always took the lead. One day, they decided to explore a new path in the park. It was lined with trees and had a mysterious tunnel at the end. Max and Turbo, being the adventurous duo they were, didn’t hesitate for a second. They sped down the path and zoomed into the tunnel. Inside the tunnel, they found themselves in a magical world where animals could talk, and the trees whispered secrets to each other. Turbo, excited to chat, made friends with a wise old owl named Oliver, who challenged him to a race around the enchanted lake. The race began, and all the animals gathered to watch. Max cheered loudly for Turbo. Around and around they went, Turbo on his skateboard and Oliver swooping through the air. It was a close race, but in the end, Turbo’s speed on wheels won the day! The animals celebrated Turbo and Max with a grand feast, where they shared stories and laughed until the stars came out. When it was time to go home, Oliver gave Max a special acorn as a souvenir, which he promised would bring them back to the magical world whenever they wished. Max and Turbo returned to their town, but they never forgot their adventure.
